Update Your Listing

Find your agency by utilizing our public search function (Click here)

Step 1

At the bottom of your listing, locate and click the “email a verification request” button.

Step 2

Within moments a secure link is sent via email to your agency’s designated contact.

Step 3

Click the link and follow instructions in the verification email received from 211. Be sure to click “save changes.”

Your update will then be reviewed and approved by 211 staff and the 211 database. The website will be automatically updated!
