Agency Registration & Update Process
One of the most expensive problems for many non-profits is the staff time wasted handling clients whose needs do not match the agency’s services. Make sure your information is in the 211 database and that it is accurate.
How to Register Your Agency
Please review the Inclusion/Exclusion document.
Complete the Agency and Program Registration forms, including an individual program/service form for each program.
Collect the following documents.
- Legal Tax Classification
- 501 (c)(3) status if a non-profit
- Proof of license
Send all registration forms and additional information to 211 San Bernardino via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax: (909-980-2957) or U.S. mail (211 Resource Department, 9624 Hermosa Ave. Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730)
How to Update Your Listing
Find your agency by utilizing our public search function on
View the current information listed and identify if there are changes you would like to make to your listing,
At the bottom of your listing, locate and click the “email a verification request” button.
Within moments a secure link is sent via email to your agency’s designated contact.
Click the link and follow instructions in the verification email received from 211. Be sure to click “save changes.”
Your update will then be reviewed and approved by 211 staff and the 211 database. The website will be automatically updated!
